These videos are good, but I’m a bit confused by the second half of the gate video. If you catch the person, do you help them check out the books or find a severe form of punishment???
Once the alarm sounds, you would do as the video and instructions state: gather items from patrons, and take them through the check out process (placing 1 item at a time on the RFID antenna until you find the item(s) that are still armed)
The video was simply stating that when the alarm sounds, it will always turn off automatically and will only last a few seconds
